What’s the event? 
Desi Fest Luton 2024 is taking place in Wardown Park over the 20th & 21st July 2024. This is a family oriented South Asian Music Festival over 2 days. With food stalls, health zone, kids zone, Main stages, other stalls and so much more. We are expecting up to 20,000 people over the weekend, so we’re looking for your support and time.

What we would like you to help with?
This could include

• Being an event maker (welcoming guests, answering any queries)

• Stewarding around the event site.

• Event runners working with our production, stalls and logistical teams.

• Site setting up and clearing during evening event. 
   

We may require you for the whole day ideally from 9am - 9pm  This may be split into 2 shifts but will be agreed once all volunteers are in the rota. You can volunteer for one day or the whole weekend.
